Heritage Stairs, Inc. is owned and operated by husband and wife team Ace & Stacey Williams.

In high school Ace took classes in drafting. Starting with small home projects, soon he was designing a home for his family.  Within months he was working along side the general contractor and other trades learning all he could. He continued building and woodworking while attending Southern Oregon State College.  After college he worked his way into management for a department store and then joined the staff of a hardwood lumber supplier selling wood products to local cabinetmakers and builders. In the summer of 1993 he was inspired to combine his business management skills and carpentry talents and opened Heritage Stairs, Inc.

Stacey joined the company in 1996. With a background in public relations, marketing, and sales she enjoys working with customers on materials and design selection. She gained hands-on experience in staircase installation, spending many hours along side Ace at countless job-sites.  Learning to use woodworking tools inspired her to tackle many home projects including designing and building new kitchen cabinets, bedroom furniture,  built-in’s, mantels and columns, with Ace’s help and support of course.  Those experiences have proven essential in guiding customers in their projects.
